Operational Sequence:
Operator places empty Pallet inside the system and withdraws behind the Safety Curtain. System operation stops if entry is attempted through Safety Curtain.
Operator selects Recipe from HMI Panel for required matrix formation on Pallet.
Belt / Roller Conveyors transfer the Product (Bag, Box, Drum, or Pail) from the Upstream System to the Loading Station.
Sensor (Vision System option available) checks the presence and location of the Product.
Gripper picks up the products and loads it on the Pallet in the required matrix.
Operator transports the loaded Pallet via Forklift Truck.
