Cybernetik’s Bag Labelling and Printing applies labels on bags of multiple sizes followed by laser printing of batch data. Changing the bag guide width and laser head position allows accommodating different bag sizes with minimal changeover time. Fume extractor maintains a hygienic ambience by removing the exhaust generated by bag printing.
Operator adjusts the width of the bag guide before placing the bag stack inside it. The belt conveyor of the bag labelling and printing system then transfers the stack for robotic pick and place of individual bags. Thereafter, the label applicator pastes labels. Bag printing then follows as the fume extractor continuously draws out the vapours created by laser printing.
