Cybernetik’s case packer for bottles is a flexible system for packing bottles of multiple types at high speed in customizable matrix formations. Automatic tool changer for the pick and place robot enables rapid switching between bottle variants. Multiple bottle matrix formations are created at the matrix formation station. Rejection of defective bottles and cartons forms the quality control setup.

Operation of the bottle packer system starts with the carton erector unfloding and forming flexible cartons. Next, the matrix station forms the bottle matrix as required. A pick and place robot with servo/pneumatic grippers lifts the matrix for packing bottles into the case / carton. Vision system of the case packer for bottles then checks for defective bottles and cartons.
