Cybernetik’s Chocolate Bar Case Packer handles chocolate bar variants with minimal modifications. The setup has a pick and place robot with dynamic gripper sizing for higher productivity. Stoppers, pushers, and carton guide funnels position the chocolate bars and cases precisely before and during loading. Diverter conveyor prevents pile up of products at the loading station.

Operation of the chocolate bar case packer starts with the loading of cartons and products on dedicated conveyors. Separate reference systems hold both in the proper position. Gripper fingers of the pick and place robot move out sideways after the pick up to adjust to the carton positions. This enables the case packer to load two cases simultaneously. A carton guide funnel helps with the last mile accurate placement of chocolate bars. Diverter conveyor directs products away from the loading station when required.
