Cybernetik’s Flow Wrapper Feeding system is direct contact packaging automation to wrap in-transit naked products at high speeds. Designed to handle wrappers of multiple sizes and shapes, the flow wrapper has a hygienic built that makes it compatible for packaging of food and pharmaceutical products. Quality control ensures rejection of empty and double packed pouches. The flow wrapper can handle delicate operations such as chocolate packaging and cookie packaging.
Operations begin with the product arriving on an infeed conveyor. A counter records their presence and numbers. Multiple rollers on the un-winder feed the film that is wrapped longitudinally on the product and sealed. Transverse sealing and cutting completes the wrapping process. Smooth functioning ensures handle-with-care operations such as cookie packaging and chocolate packaging. Quality control of the flow wrapper feeding system detects and rejects defective pouches.
