Cybernetik’s Drum Filling System is a fast, accurate, and safe solution for loading drums and intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) with liquid products. Designed for high-performance industrial filling, this system ensures precise, contamination-free operations for various liquid viscosities, making the drum filling system ideal for applications in the chemical, oil, and adhesive industries.
The Drum Filling System’s process begins with a pallet of drums placed on the roller conveyor. A stopper locks the pallet in position at the loading station. The drum filling system features a swing arm with sliding and rotary mechanisms for precise horizontal positioning of the lance. Once aligned, the lance descends into the drum or IBC and initiates filling only when fully inside, ensuring safety and accuracy. After filling, a non-drip nozzle prevents any residual liquid from dripping onto the drums. Stoppers on the conveyor hold the loaded drums in place, preventing movement during subsequent operations.
