Cybernetik’s Drum Palletizer provides reliable and rapid palletizing of drums in the required matrix formation. Designed to seamlessly fit into existing setups, the robotic palletizer arranges drums in as-required matrix formations. The drum palletizer is integrated with data track and trace systems for identification and traceability. This robotic drum palletizer system can even operate as a bag palletizer with the optional tool changer.
Operation of the drum palletizer begins with the robot placing the pallet on the outfeed conveyor. Reference system positions the pallet correctly. Similar system properly positions the drums arriving via the infeed conveyor. The robotic drum palletizer then picks drums from the infeed conveyor and places them on the pallet. The loaded pallet then rolls to the exit.
