Cybernetik’s Gantry Palletizer is a compact and easy-to-program bag palletizer system. The system has a considerably smaller footprint compared to an equivalent robotic palletizer. The gantry can move along three linear and one rotary axes to palletize bags in the required matrix. Safety curtain of the palletizer system stops operations on detecting human presence in the work envelope.
Operator first places the empty pallet at its location bound my mechanical stoppers inside the gantry palletizer envelope. Bags pass over multiple belt conveyors and a settling conveyor that uniformizes the SKU (bag) thickness before arriving on a roller conveyor, the pick-up spot. The gantry then palletizes the bags into tailored matrix formations. Operator rolls out the loaded pallet. The gantry bag palletizer can optionally operate as a carton palletizer.
