Cybernetik’s High Speed Bagging Machine is a unique blend of process and robotic automation for rapid, accurate, and flexible bagging. Using robotic arms enables switching between different capacity bags of 25 kg and 50 kg, or 50 lbs and 100 lbs. Robots and twin-channel, gravity loading facilitate the rapid bagging process with fine screw feeders delivering precision filling of powders, granules or pellets. In-built features for handling, material flow, and bag stitching ensure continuous operation with packaged product integrity. Pre and post bagging checks enable quality control. CE, UL, and ATEX certifications / compliances are available.
Operator loads the bag stack at the entry point for the high speed bagging machine. Vertically projecting and horizontally moving guides convey the stack to the bag singling station. Inkjet printer and dryer mark batch data on each, in-transit bag. A robot then picks up every horizontal bag and holds it vertically for filling with on-hopper clamps keeping the bag mouth open. The same robot rejects incorrectly printed as well as simultaneously arriving multiple bags. Another robot guides the filled bag to the downstream conveyor with on-hopper clamps stretch-closing the bag mouth. A lifter at the filling station accommodates bags of various heights. Bag mouth stitching follows bagging. A turner orients the bag horizontally before in-transit weighing. Underweight and overweight bags are rejected.
