Cybernetik’s Pouch Case Packer is a CE-certified, fully automated system designed for secondary and tertiary robotic case packing of pouches into cartons, followed by palletizing. The pouch packer solution efficiently handles multiple SKUs with a versatile vacuum gripper, ensuring precise placement and customizable matrix formations.
The pouch packer begins with the operator initiating the system via a control interface. A carton referencing chute ensures accurate placement of pouches within the cartons. A SCARA robot equipped with a versatile vacuum gripper picks up the pouches and places them into the cartons in a customized matrix formation, optimizing space utilization.
