Cybernetik’s Multiline Pail Palletizer is designed to pick and place paint buckets, also called pails, of varying size simultaneously on different lines. An automated pallet dispenser releases pallet variants. With a layered built, the robotic palletizer continues operations without interruptions.
Pail palletizer operations start with the dispenser releasing unloaded pallets. The robotic palletizer is located above the pallet conveyor level to enable the pallets to be transferred to loading positions along multiple lines while the robot continues to function. Rotary system orients the pails to prevent their handles from obstructing the pick and place by the robot. A reference system allows the robot to size up the paint bucket in real time, thereby managing pail variants with the same gripper.
