Cybernetik’s Multiple SKU Case Packer is a CE-certified, fully automated system designed for packing of different pouch variants into cases using the same gripper. The flexible pouch case packer efficiently handles multiple SKUs with a common versatile vacuum gripper, ensuring zero changeover time, precise placement, and customizable matrix formations during secondary and tertiary packaging.
Operations of this flexible pouch case packer begin with the operator initiating the system via a control interface. A carton referencing chute for the case packer ensures accurate placement of pouches within the cartons. A SCARA robot equipped with a versatile vacuum gripper picks up the pouches and places them into the cartons in as-required matrix formation to optimize in-carton space utilization.
