Cybernetik’s Robotic Carton Palletizer is a high-performance, custom-built palletizing system engineered for efficient handling of sturdy and fragile packaging formats such as cartons, rigid boxes, and corrugated boxes. The carton palletizing system supports customized pallet matrix formation for optimized space utilization. Equipped with servo/pneumatic end-of-arm grippers, it delivers high-speed operation including the capability to palletize two cartons simultaneously. An automated pallet storage and dispensing system ensures consistent and continuous operation.

The operation of robotic carton palletizer begins with cartons arriving at the robotic carton palletizer’s loading station via roller conveyors. A pneumatic pusher assembly redirects cartons as needed for optimal pick-up orientation. Simultaneously, pallets are dispensed from the automated pallet magazine. Once cartons are properly aligned, the robot picks them up—two at a time if required and places them on the pallet in a pre-set matrix pattern. After palletizing, the loaded pallet exits the carton palletizing system through the outfeed conveyor.
