Cybernetik’s Robotic Doff Handling & Palletizing automation is specifically built to unload SKU (doff) variants from a trolley and palletize them after wrapping and quality control. Vision system on robots, and recipe management enables dealing with SKU variants. The palletizer robot adjusts in real time to doffs pre-placed on the layer separators. Pallet loading-unloading by a forklift and automated pallet transfer allows operational continuity.
Handling robot uses its vision system to detect the presence and location of SKUs on trolley before unloading them one-by-one, and placing them on a mandrel above the out-feed conveyor. The robot unloads the last two doffs on one trolley side in the same pick and place cycle for faster execution even as the turn table rotates to present SKUs on the other trolley side. Next, the palletizer robot places the wrapped and okayed doffs in as-required, multi-layered matrices on the pallet.
