Cybernetik’s Single and Multiple Pouch Case Packer has one dedicated line each for the packaging of single and multiple pouches into cases. Servo or pneumatic grippers enable high-speed operations for the robotic case packer while the inspection system checks for missing products. As-required pouch matrix is formed inside cases.
Operations of the case packer system begin with pouches arriving on a belt conveyor with cases arriving simultaneously on the roller conveyor. The reference system holds he cases in position even as the grippers of the robotic case packer pick and place pouches in them in customizable matrix formations.
