Cybernetik’s Pail Palletizers offer fast and efficient pick and place of pails, also called paint buckets, in the required matrix formation. High capacity variants use a single robot located above the level of pallet conveyors for uninterrupted and simultaneous palletizing of pail variants along multiple lines. Specialized grippers handle up to four pails at a time.

Pallets released by the automated dispenser arrive at the loading station and are referenced into the correct location. Pails arriving along separate lines are rotated for seamless pick and place by the robotic palletizing system. A separate reference system locates them in the proper position. The robot then picks up the paint buckets and places them on the pallet in the required matrix.
