Cybernetik’s Drum Palletizers handle multiple drum variants with speed and precision. The system uses a single robot to palletize drums arriving on multiple lines, and can handle heavy duty drums. The drum palletizer minimizes repeat motion injuries arising from the pick and place of heavy drums by manual labour.
Pallets released by an automated dispenser arrive at the loading station and are positioned correctly by a reference system. A second reference system does the same for drums arriving on the second line. After both are in the proper position, the robot picks and places the drums in customizable matrix formations based on the selected recipe. An optional tool changer enables the robotic palletizing system to palletize other units with the same robot.

Cybernetik’s Drum Filling System delivers spillage-free loading of liquids in drums upstream of the automatic drum palletizer. With speeds up to 250 lit/min and weight tolerance of up to 0.5%, the system is fast and accurate.
