Cybernetik’s Box Palletizers handle cartons, cases, and boxes of varying sizes with speed and accuracy. Capable of simultaneously handling up to 3 boxes, our palletizers deal with rigid, corrugated, and handle-with-care boxes. From FMCG and food to pharma and chemicals, our palletizers ensure safe, stable, and efficient stacking — ready for storage or shipment. By reducing dependency on manual labor, they minimize errors, enhance workplace safety, and cut operational costs.
Pallets released one at a time by the automated pallet dispenser and boxes from an upstream line arrive on separate roller conveyors. Dedicated reference systems position both at the correct location before the robot begins the palletizing operation. Recipe selection enables as-required box matrix formation on pallet. The robotic palletizing system can be programmed to palletize box variants arriving on separate conveyors onto distinct pallets in the same cycle.
